This cottage is a rare find. It’s a perfect retreat from the madness of everyday life, where you can really slow down, relax and unwind. The views from the windows are breath taking, of sheer Welsh beauty. The cottage has been well thought out and furnished, with all the comforts of home. Comfy beds, comfy couches, big soft snuggly towels and robes, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, blu ray dvd with dvds, stereo, books, games, toys, the list goes on. The free wifi is great and the signal is strong; in many rural places, there is either no internet or very poor connections. Having kids using Ipads, wifi is essential. We have stayed in many holiday homes over the years and to find one that’s kitted out with everything is fantastic. I usually end up taking the contents of my kitchen as there’s usually something missing but here there is everything. I was even able to bake fairy cakes for the kids, as Sam has provided a mixer, scales and cake tins. She has even got a backpack to take on your hikes; which literally you can take from the back door. To have enough crockery so you don’t have to fill the dishwasher after breakfast so you can have crockey for lunch, makes me happy! I can never understand having 4 of everything and then boasting a dishwasher. Sam has even covered this by a good stock of crockery. The cottage is the height of comfort and warmth, as we were tucked up here in November, all cosy with the log burner going. The only thing that dismay’s me is having to leave but we’ve booked to come back. Thanks Sam for a great stay and making us feel so welcome! Your welcome pack is the best stocked ever!
