RELAX, UNWIND AND STAY IN A TRADITIONAL COTTAGE WITH MODERN FACILITIES…
You can certainly relax and unwind when you stay at Gors-lŵyd… We have pretty much supplied all you will need for an amazing holiday…enjoy a well equipped cooks’ kitchen so you can cook all your gourmet meals! A Rangemaster dual fuel cooker, Smeg fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, loads of gadgets, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Walk from the kitchen and relax in the light, spacious open plan lounge/dining room with open beams, woodburning stove and dining area. Smart TV. Unlimited WiFi.
Step outside from the lounge and you will enjoy private extensive gardens with large patio area…grab your glass of wine and admire the stunning views!
Our modern bathroom includes bath, electric shower and a heated towel rail and is also located on the ground floor. Children are more than welcome and a whole host of equipment is provided.
AND SO TO BED…
The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and feature fireplace. The bedroom overlooks the large gardens with views right over towards Pwllheli and even Harlech.
The second bedroom also overlooks the garden and includes 2 single beds. A cot(s) and/or toddler bed is available on request.
STEP OUTSIDE…
Gors-lŵyd is surrounded by countryside…your own large private gardens with small pond and then mountains (along with their footpaths and stunning views) are right there on your doorstep. There is a private patio area with table and chairs, a gas barbecue and outdoor games.
Due to the layout and size of the garden it is impractical to see all of it from one location – so bear that in mind if you need to keep an eye on your children – although we are sure they will have a great time exploring !!!
THE GORS-LŴYD GAMES ROOM…
You can easily while away the hours or recapture your pool-hall days in our large detached games room. It has a full-size pool table, full-size table football and dartboard. For the children, there is a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football. There is also a small kitchen area with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. It’s ideal for those rainy days (well, it is Wales!) or a games night with the family.
FOR YOUR BIKES AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT…
Our secure stone building can be used for the secure storage of bikes and other outdoor equipment. We are privileged to be part of the Visit Wales “Walkers Welcome” and “Cyclists Welcome” schemes and as such we have an outdoor water supply, bicycle repair kit and tools along with a tumble dryer in this building.
PARKING…
Off road parking immediately next to the cottage.
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the cottage and no pets are allowed.
