Festival Of Gardens 27 May – 11 June 2017
North Wales if host to many of the finest gardens in the country. To highlight this, the annual Festival of Gardens will feature 20 of the best gardens in the region. The Festival will be officially opened by Peter Gibbs, regular chair of Radio 4 Gardeners’ Question Time and former BBC weather presenter, on 27 May at Plas Tan y Bwlch, Blaenau Ffestiniog. Pre-book tickets for the opening ceremony. Tickets include steam train travel from Porthmadog, coach transfer, a buffet supper, talks and a guided walk around Plas Tan y Bwlch’s Victorian gardens.

The gardens which are nearest to Gors-lwyd Cottage are; Plas Tan y Bwlch, Crug Farm Plants, Treborth Botanic Garden, Parc Glynliffon, Caerau Uchaf Gardens, Plas Glyn y Weddw Garden and Woodland and Bodnant Garden.
