Gors-lwyd meets the Covid-19 Industry Standard
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Covid 19 Industry Standard mark. This means that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, we have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
We have always had a strict cleaning regime in place and have always maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. In addition to this, we now have a Covid-19 cleaning policy in place and we are also compliant with the requirement to aid the NHS Track and Trace program. Inevitably there are some changes to made;
Current Government guidelines state that accommodation providers keep a record of visitors for at least 21 days. This is to assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for data if needed. All data will be store securely, in accordance with the Information Commissioners Office. Our Information Commissioners Office registration reference is: ZA370699.
Anti-viral fogging is carried out as standard practice throughout the property including the games room.
We use anti-viral cleaning products throughout the property and games room.
All bed linen, towels and bathrobes are washed at high temperature in the appropriate laundry solution.
Hand sanitiser and anti-viral wipes are available within the cottage and games room.
Anti-viral disinfectant cleaning materials are available for guests to use during their stay.
We request that all guests regularly wash their hands and use hand sanitiser.
Bath towels, hand towels and face cloths/flannels are NO LONGER included in the rental. Please bring your own bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and flannels.
We request that guests strip the beds of bed linen and place the linen in the laundry bags provided.
In order to carry out our thorough cleaning and sanitisation program, we now ask guests to arrive after 17:00pm and leave no later than 09:30am.
We endeavour to provide a clean and hygienic environment for your stay, but please still use common sense; wash your hands and use hand sanitiser whenever and wherever possible.
